About the RoleAs a Swim Instructor at Little Kickers Swim School, you will have the opportunity to teach children and adults the life-saving skill of swimming. Our school provides a fun and supportive environment for our staff to thrive and grow.
Responsibilities- Ensure the safety of all students and staff members.
- Provide high-quality swim instruction that meets the needs and abilities of each student.
- Work collaboratively with our team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.
- Follow our established curriculum and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in our swim lessons.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for our students and their families.
- Ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, with a focus on afternoon and weekend shifts.
