  • Collaborate with the Project Executive to establish project contracts, purchase orders, testing and inspection schedules, and subcontractor lists.
  • Work with the Estimator to develop project budgets, scopes, and potential problem areas.
  • Verify quantities with the Estimator.
  • Review and approve returned subcontracts.
  • Conduct a thorough review of project plans and specifications with the field superintendent, including layout, dimensions, critical items, and project timelines.
