We are looking for a highly experienced Kodiak Regional Manager to lead our Kodiak office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing teams to achieve business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 10 years of relevant experience, including five years in upper management. A Bachelor's degree in business, public relations, communications, government affairs/political science or related field is required. You should have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Kodiak office
  • Manage teams to achieve business goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to support business objectives
  • Ensure effective Shareholder Relations
  • Maintain positive relationships with business partners and community organizations
  • Develop and manage budgets
  • Identify and report significant issues to the President and CEO
