Responsibilities:

* Perform skincare consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals.
* Provide customized skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic procedures.
* Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products tailored to individual clients' needs.
* Perform professional extractions and offer guidance on proper homecare techniques for maintaining healthy skin.
* Administer specialized treatments such as acne treatments, anti-aging procedures, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
* Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in skincare and esthetic industry through continuous education and training.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to sanitary and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of client information, treatment details, and product recommendations.
* Upsell retail skincare products and recommend homecare routines to clients to optimize results.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
* Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious and professional work environment.
* Assist in the promotion and marketing of skincare services, events, and retail products.

Requirements:

* Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program
* State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology
* Valid State Esthetician License
* Current, unrestricted esthetician license to practice in the state
* Minimum 2 year of experience as an Esthetician
