  • Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales, making timely deposits.
  • Handle facility operations in a professional and business-like manner.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of self-storage, retail, or customer service management experience.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility: Saturday hours are required.
  • Valid Driver's License, Insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required, SiteLink and CallPotential experience a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
