Job Opportunity

MMS Group is seeking a skilled Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team at two residential buildings in Brooklyn, NY.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily cleaning of common areas, reporting any concerns, and ensuring the property and parking lots are well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning of all common areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying garbage
  • Reporting any notable concerns, such as vandalism or missing fixtures, to the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Maintaining the property and parking lots in a neat and orderly manner
  • Performing other duties associated with the maintenance of the grounds as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, and carry
  • Adherence to work-safety and risk management programs
  • Professional and reliable attitude
