Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Courtyard San Diego Oceanside. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a safe work environment, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
