We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Courtyard San Diego Oceanside. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing other similar responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present a professional image at all times.
Responsibilities- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms, public spaces, and common areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stock carts and maintain inventory levels
- Clean and maintain rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Perform other similar responsibilities as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, and be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
