Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Director to join our team in Sacramento or Fresno, CA. This individual will work on one of our major infrastructure programs and assist the Principal-in-Charge/Program Director in managing the consultant responsible for planning, procurement, design, integration, construction, contract management, and budget management of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Principal-in-Charge/Program Director in managing the consultant and overseeing the program's execution.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to multiple teams working on numerous products.
  • Liaise with client Branch Directors to ensure effective coordination of activities.
  • Advises client executives on strategic matters to ensure timely decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • 4 years of leadership experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $162,429.97 - $300,495.44. AECOM offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
