This includes, but is not limited to, compressors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and other relevant equipment, as well as providing maintenance assistance to our partner farms.

About NLC Energy LLC:
NLC Energy LLC is a pioneering renewable natural gas company focused on transforming organic waste into sustainable solutions. We design, construct, own, and manage facilities that convert organic waste into valuable resources such as clean energy, organic nutrients, clean water, organic liquid carbon dioxide, and dry ice.

Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off.
Working Hours: 5am - 5pm OR 6am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance activities on machinery and systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and servicing.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, repairing or replacing faulty components as necessary.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections utilizing a CMMS system.
  • Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with fellow maintenance personnel and engage in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with an associate's degree in maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or possess a journeyman's license in Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • At least one maintenance training certificate or 24 hours of completed training, with a preference for certifications in Maintenance Techniques, Fluid Power, Intermediate Electrical, Process Controls, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, and PLC Troubleshooting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience, ideally in Renewable Energy Production, Industrial Manufacturing, Wastewater Treatment, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing various computer programs and systems.
  • Ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with acceptable insurance.
  • Effective English language skills (both verbal and written) to interpret procedures, understand instructions, and communicate with others.
