Manufacturing Specialist for Gas Turbine Components

Are you a skilled Welding Technician looking to take your career to the next level? AAA USA, a leading provider of specialized subcontracting and technical assistance services, is seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join their team in Jupiter, Florida.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with TIG welding, as well as 3+ years of experience in a production or maintenance environment. Proficiency in carrying out visual inspections of welds and demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes are also essential requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and installing welding equipment, executing welding on gas turbine components, and conducting quality checks on the performed work. Additionally, you will design and fabricate welding fixtures, chill blocks, and purge boxes as required, and report technical deviations using the Non-Conformance Reporting System (NCR).
As a Manufacturing Specialist at AAA USA, you will work closely with the production manager and supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also contribute to continually improving operations and the working environment, adhering to Environmental Health and Safety regulations at all times.
