Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team in providing patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care, ensuring the plan addresses all identified problems.
  • Accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the occupational therapy service delivery process.
  • Complete documentation timely and accurately.
  • Supervise home health aides when RNs are not active in the case.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
  • Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by ACOTE or successor organizations.
  • Eligible to take or has successfully completed the entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists.
  • One year of related occupational therapy experience or approval from regional clinical leaders for less than one year of experience.
  • Current CPR certification.
