Crisis Response Team Supervisor

St. Vincent De Paul Village seeks a highly skilled and compassionate Supervisor of Crisis Response Team to lead our Crisis Response Team in providing timely and effective support to clients in need.
Key Responsibilities- Assess referrals from the Case Management Team and develop effective response plans.
- Provide direct service, including referral review, triaging, and responding to crisis calls, ensuring the highest level of care and support.
- Collaborate with Property Management to ensure seamless access to client units during wellness checks.
- Participate in Multidisciplinary Approach to Services (MAS) meetings to drive collaboration and best practices.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
- Ensure responsible use of supplies and materials by program staff, promoting a culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing training, assigning tasks, and monitoring work performance.
- Monitor and evaluate staff work product, including policies, procedures, caseload assignments, client interactions, and documentation of services.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned training and policies, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- Master's In Social Work or equivalent educational attainment.
- At least 4 years of experience working with underserved populations in social service settings.
- Knowledge of assessment, risk assessment, crisis management, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to participate in annual Tuberculosis screening and other necessary screenings.
- Must meet requirements to drive an agency vehicle.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
