Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure systems and network devices in compliance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • Maintain comprehensive records on workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, network switches, etc.
  • Update servers, clients, applications, and antivirus software while managing Active Directory, DNS, Continuous Monitoring logging, SCAP, etc.
  • Assist the ISSM/ISSO in coordinating between sponsors, project leaders, and accreditation officials to secure formal accreditation for classified information systems.
  • Research and evaluate new hardware and software products for lifecycle replacements and software license management.

Qualifications:

Applicants typically require a minimum of 7 years of experience and an Associate degree in a relevant field, or at least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Active Secret Clearance is necessary, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI. The selected candidate must meet the requirements of an IAT Level II as a condition of employment and complete computing environment training/certification.
