Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At HomeGoods, we're looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll be responsible for promoting a highly satisfied customer experience while driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a highly satisfied customer experience through excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Drive customer loyalty through programs and initiatives that foster a sense of community and appreciation.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Train and mentor associates on policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and maintain cash controls, including change funds, to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Assign registers and coordinate breaks to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Audit and approve paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the recovery and merchandising of products.
  • Monitor and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and provide direction to others.
  • Ability to run a register and handle money accurately.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Starting Pay Range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
