Night Support Specialist

As a Night Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents during overnight hours. This position is ideal for those who value discretion, patience, and a calm demeanor.
Job SummaryThis role requires assisting individuals with daily living activities, managing household responsibilities, and providing emotional support when needed. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized plans that promote independence and community integration.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain a safe and healthy living environment by completing household cleaning duties and adhering to infection control protocols
- Administer medications as per MAP regulations and maintain accurate records
- Transport residents as necessary and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
