**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Technical Leadership:**
    • Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications and integrations with AKENEO PIM systems.
    • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  • **Ecommerce Expertise:**
    • Drive strategic thinking and provide ecommerce expertise to inform business decisions.
    • Stay current with digital commerce technology and platform trends through conference attendance and continuous education.
  • **Development and Implementation:**
    • Design and implement new features and bug fixes on the Digital Platform.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ecommerce solutions.
  • **Team Management:**
    • Oversee the development team, including mentoring and coaching software engineers to scale our software engineering practice.
    • Establish and maintain best practices and coding standards, and hold the development team accountable to follow these standards through code reviews and code quality analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 12+ years of software operations experience, with 10 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application development experience.
  • Strong experience in ecommerce domain, including PIM, OMS, CRM, and integrating branded content sites.
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SOAP.
  • Experience in multi-system integration and technical debt management.
