Key Responsibilities:

The RazerStore Sales Associate serves as the initial point of contact for customers entering the store. They take pride in representing the Razer brand and have a genuine passion for assisting customers with their Razer products. Building enduring relationships with customers and enhancing their connection to the Razer brand is their primary focus.
Core duties include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming, assisting, and recommending products.
  • Boost sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals and performance indicators.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional offers.
  • Address inquiries, complaints, and returns with efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet store objectives and foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Assist customers with product selection, provide detailed information, and showcase products effectively.
  • Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enforce company policies and undertake additional assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting while remaining attentive to customers.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Understanding of basic POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • A passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming products.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range:
$41, $68,920.00
