Professional School Psychologist

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Tennessee. This role involves working closely with students, families, and school staff to support the mental health, academic, and emotional development of students.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, creating individualized intervention plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote student success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
- Offer professional development to staff on mental health and behavioral strategies.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Tennessee School Psychologist licensure.
- Experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
