About the Role

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support the mental health, academic, and emotional development of students in Tennessee. This role involves working with students, families, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' needs, developing individualized intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and professionals to promote student success, supporting the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed, offering professional development to staff on mental health and behavioral strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology, with valid Tennessee School Psychologist Licensure.
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, with strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
