About the Role

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Managers to lead our high-volume, quick service restaurants. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Delivering Exceptional Guest Experience
  • Creating a Positive Work Environment
  • Implementing Human Resource Decisions
  • Performing P&L Analysis
  • Controlling Inventory

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on the success of our restaurants. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
