Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to join our team at Sheetz, Inc. As a Security Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing safety and security to store-level employees and customers by monitoring and responding to alarm signals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch appropriate authorities, such as police, fire, and/or medical, to store and corporate locations when procedures dictate.
  • Perform routine testing and voice downs (store tours) to ensure store-level equipment is functioning properly.
  • Utilize system health monitoring software to identify and address any issues with store-level equipment.
  • Cooperate and coordinate with Loss Prevention, Law Enforcement, and corporate management in ongoing investigations of store-level and corporate activities.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to service providers and internal technicians upon alarm system installation or completion of repair work.
  • Manage Access Control at all corporate buildings by monitoring and responding to physical access alarms.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Related Technical/Trade training or Sheetz training preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience required.
