- Communication and Teamwork: Lead and communicate with subcontractors and vendors to assist them in working to the project schedule.
- Risk Management: Recognize, comprehend, and manage the risks and differences of each particular project.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager on residential construction projects.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Skills: MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; scheduling and estimating program experience; construction knowledge, including repairs, maintenance, and rehab.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to manage multiple tasks and job sites simultaneously; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills, including attention to detail; strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Supervision of contractors and subcontractors will be required. Local market travel is expected.
