About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team at Aberdeen Best Western Ramkota Hotel. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a banquet setting
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior food and beverage service experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
