The successful candidate will work closely with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to ensure that ESG reporting initiatives stay on track and meet key milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for the creation of an ESG reporting platform, focusing on CSRD and Global Greenhouse Gas standards
  • Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Regularly review milestones, update TMO decks, provide detailed reports on project status, and present to steering committees
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure escalation when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication across departments
  • Ensure all ESG data is handled in compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies
  • Drive engagement and alignment across cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, finance, IT, and external consultants
  • Monitor RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and address project bottlenecks as needed
  • Support the broader Transformation Management Team on portfolio management and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing technology-driven projects with a focus on ESG reporting or sustainability programs
  • Strong understanding of CSRD, Greenhouse Gas Protocols, and other related ESG reporting frameworks
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance in the context of ESG and sustainability reporting
  • Consultancy experience highly preferred
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) with a strong ability to handle multiple workstreams
  • Solid experience in creating project updates for steering committees and managing high-level stakeholder communication
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and travel as required
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications preferred
  • Experience in building or implementing ESG platforms or working in data governance roles a plus
  • Familiarity with Transformation Management Office (TMO) operations preferred
