Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the deli's daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled deli staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall deli experience.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control key cost expense lines, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate store reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work varied shifts and days, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and experience with inventory management.
  • Preferably experienced in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Commitment to food safety and willingness to become ServeSafe certified.
