About the Role:

As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers, including salads, sandwiches, and other menu items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the food counter, kitchen, and dining area.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next day.
Requirements:
  • Food service experience preferred.
  • Able to follow directions and work independently.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Experience running a cash register or food prep a plus.
  • Reliable transportation.
What We Offer:
  • Base pay and tip pool average from $15-$17/hr.
  • Awesome hours and consistent work schedule, Monday thru Saturday from 8:30am - 3pm.
  • Free Employee Shift Meal as well as an additional 40% deli discount.
