Reporting to the Director of Operations/Regional Director, the Clinical Services Manager is accountable for overseeing the clinical operations of designated outpatient facilities.
The Clinical Services Manager directly leads the clinical support personnel (RNs, LPNs, MAs, and PCAs), including responsibilities for recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Key outpatient clinical duties involve establishing goals and objectives aligned with HSS strategic initiatives, as well as planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring clinical functions.
The Clinical Services Manager is well-versed in the Magnet Program, its culture, and nursing principles, advocating for nursing excellence and the integration of Magnet standards within the organizational framework.
This role is essential in promoting a culture of inclusivity and excellence, which is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and embodying the principles of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
By prioritizing safety, quality, and adaptability, the Manager fosters an environment where exceptional patient-centered care and strong interprofessional teamwork are paramount.
Additionally, this position supports alignment between leadership and frontline staff, ensuring optimal patient flow, safety, and a collaborative atmosphere where every team member feels valued and heard.
Through effective resource management and a dedicated focus on improving patient outcomes, the Clinical Services Manager plays a crucial role in nurturing a supportive healthcare team.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred or currently enrolled.
Current RN License & Registration in the applicable state.
Certification in a recognized specialty by ANCC (e.g., NE-BC, AMB-BC, or ONC).
BLS certification required.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
Familiarity with Epic systems to support operational and clinical functions is strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills—oral, written, and presentation—combined with the ability to mentor and collaborate within high-functioning teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
