Job Summary
Telhio Credit Union is seeking an experienced Core System Administrator to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability, and reliability of our hosted software applications.

In this role, you will work closely with our Core System Manager to identify and resolve issues that impact system performance. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring system migrations, data purging activities, and hardware, software, and 3rd party connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience working with core banking systems, particularly Fiserv DNA. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As a Core System Administrator at Telhio Credit Union, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Ensuring System Integrity and Availability: Identify and resolve issues that impact system performance.
  • Scheduling and Monitoring System Migrations: Plan and execute system migrations, data purging activities, and hardware, software, and 3rd party connectivity.
  • Documenting Procedures: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system procedures and processes.
  • Creating Custom Reports: Utilize SQL functionality to generate customized reports for internal use and external vendors.
  • Performing System Maintenance: Regularly perform system checks, backups, and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
