Position Responsibilities:

This position involves ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' facilities by performing the following tasks:

  • Executing all cleaning responsibilities using designated ServiceMaster products and equipment.
  • Tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waste disposal, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Securing and unlocking facilities, managing security systems as needed.

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Frequent (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Understanding of various cleaning products and their applications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial services, janitorial work, or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • On-the-job training will be provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment are essential.
  • Contributing positively to the work atmosphere with a friendly demeanor is expected.
  • Exhibiting reliability and punctuality while adhering to uniform standards is crucial.
  • Treating all colleagues and clients with respect and courtesy is a fundamental requirement.
