Patient Care Specialist Opportunity

Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to subacute and acute patients, working closely with our professional nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering routine services, participating in educational conferences, and maintaining professional knowledge and skills related to your areas of responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to participate in professional organizations and contribute to the development of our healthcare team.

Requirements:
Current Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure or Temporary Practice Permit required
Current Healthcare Provider (CPR) Certification preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
