Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The Medical Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
  • Preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Facilitating payments and resolving billing issues
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality
Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration. A college degree is preferred.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
