Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess project-specific requirements to deliver a comprehensive estimate through collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage with diverse internal and external resources to ascertain pricing, material availability, and associated costs.
  • Oversee project initiation alongside support personnel.
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
  • Develop budgets for awarded projects, incorporating material procurement and cost-saving strategies.
  • Supervise personnel, accounts, materials, logistics, contracts, and the overall operations of awarded projects.
  • Provide upper management with projected project costs for invoicing purposes.
  • Participate in meetings related to project administration and operations.
  • Manage change orders, Requests for Information (RFI), and overall project documentation.
  • Establish timelines for personnel scheduling.
  • Ensure completion of closeout documentation for each project.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/Mechanical sector.
  • Proficient in various CAD and construction software.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
