HVAC Senior Project Manager Job Description

The HVAC Senior Project Manager will oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality results.

This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in HVAC project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
  • Oversee project teams, including HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure all work meets the company's high standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
