About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Centralized Outsourcing Operations Hub (COOH) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that seamlessly unite patients with vital treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for COOH.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Development Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in C++.
  • C# experience with .NET Framework, .NET 6+, WinForms, web services, and APIs.
  • Experience with MS-SQL.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Git.
  • Experience working in a high-volume transactional processing environment is strongly preferred.
  • NCPDP D0 / pharmacy claims processing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • NCPDP D0 / pharmacy claims processing experience is strongly preferred.
