  • Firearms Sales: Assist customers with firearm purchases, ensure accurate paperwork completion, and maintain a thorough knowledge of firearms products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on firearms products, including ammunition, reloading, and optics, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and assist with inventory management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
