Benchmark Senior Living at Split Rock is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time/part-time role involving the transportation of residents. This position is crucial for ensuring our residents reach their medical appointments and enjoy various outings, including scenic trips, dining experiences, and community events. A valid Connecticut license with an 'F' endorsement is required.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Full-time: Tuesday - Saturday
Part-time: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Flexibility to work during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain vehicles according to warranty and internal maintenance standards to ensure safety and reliability.
- Assist with activities during excursions, ensuring resident engagement and safety.
- Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, outings, and shopping trips.
- Monitor resident activities and communicate with staff to ensure their safety and well-being.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
