Job Title: Substance Use Counselor LCAC, LCSW, LMHC, LSW

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Counselor to join our team at Centurion Health. As a Substance Use Counselor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive substance use assessments and providing group and individual counseling for patients participating in addiction services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments and provide group and individual counseling for patients participating in addiction services.
  • Work under the supervision of the Facility Director of Addiction Recovery Services (ARS) and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Follow patient progress from a clinical standpoint from enrollment to discharge from addiction recovery treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral health field.
  • Must possess a current Indiana behavioral health license such as LCAC-A, LCAC, LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A (independently licensed preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of addictions.
  • At time of hire or during initial onsite training, must show/obtain current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.
  • Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Available Shift:

Full-Time Days, Monday-Friday
