Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide support to our team in Tucson, AZ. As an SLPA, you will work collaboratively with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to develop and implement speech therapy programs for students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to design and implement speech therapy programs that meet the unique needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group speech and language interventions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs, and develop targeted interventions to address these needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, including communication with parents and teachers.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social and emotional growth, as well as academic achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Active or pending SLPA license valid in the state of Arizona.
