As a Licensed Pharmacist at Market District, you will deliver exceptional patient care by ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications while cultivating strong relationships with healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remain informed about new drug therapies and developments in the pharmacy industry.
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations including HIPAA and maintain accurate records.
  • Continuously build professional rapport with outside partners, including physicians, nurses, and medical assistants.
  • Maintain production rates and meet quality expectations as determined by leadership.
  • Train and mentor new team members upon hire.
  • Administer immunizations and ensure a positive work environment for all team members.
  • Verify accurate replenishment of system canisters with appropriate medication.
  • Model excellent patient care and address prescription order exceptions as necessary.
  • Complete incoming/outgoing prescription transfers and assist Team Leader in maintaining inventories.
  • Perform duties of Pharmacy Manager and technician as required.
  • Assist technicians in interpretation of prescriptions and third-party billing.
