Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily reporting and research of customer payments within the Lockbox and ERP system.
  • Break down between payments for invoices due and prepayments to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconciliation of short pay discrepancies and follow-up with internal departments for resolution.
  • Daily credit card and ACH reporting and research to ensure accurate posting.
  • Significant attention is required to identify and list cross-market payments separately on each market's receipts reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field preferred (Associates or Bachelors).
  • 1+ years' experience in accounts receivable or general accounting a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • High focus on customer service both internally and externally.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
