Commercial Trainer

FCBank is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Development department, you will play a critical role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our commercial lending and services teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs for commercial lending operations, including online modules and workshops.
- Lead interactive training sessions using role-playing and case studies, employing in-person, virtual, and blended learning methods.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, identifying areas for improvement based on participant input and industry trends.
- Stay updated on commercial lending trends, regulations, and best practices, providing expert support for complex lending issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Maintain records and generate reports to highlight program effectiveness and improvement areas.
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to write and speak optimally both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees.
- Proficiency in using telephone systems, digital literacy, and core transaction systems.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
