Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN or LVN to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This is a per diem position, offering flexibility and variety in your work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • LPN or LVN License required.
  • Active AZ or Compact LPN or LVN License.
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • NIH Stroke Scale assigned and completed within 30 days of hire.
