Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN or LVN to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This is a 10-bed unit, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team.

Requirements
  • LPN or LVN license required
  • Active AZ or Compact LPN or LVN license
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • AHA BLS certification required (obtain within 30 days of hire if not AHA certified)
  • NIH Stroke Scale assigned and completed within 30 days of hire
