Nuclear Facility Supervisor

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IMCL Shift Supervisor to join our team in the Characterization and Advanced Post Irradiation Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, research, and maintenance activities within the nuclear facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct nuclear facilities operations personnel and personnel conducting maintenance activities within the facility.
- Provide management and technical expertise to personnel performing activities within assigned facility.
- Implement all responsibilities contained within the Management Model.
- Work directly with and provide work direction to the operations staff for safe and compliant completion of scheduled work activities related to operations at MFC.
- Maintain facility configuration within authorized safety basis.
- Relevant BS degree and 4 years relevant experience, OR relevant Vocational certificate and 10 years relevant experience, OR 12 years relevant nuclear experience or Nuclear Facility Supervisor qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Must have or previously had Fissile Material Handler qualification.
- Complete and maintain all certification requirements for nuclear area facility Shift Supervisors including; supervisory skills training, comprehensive written examination, facility walk through exams and oral boards.
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy \"L\" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
