The Casualty/LOD Specialist plays a critical role in managing and processing casualty cases and line of duty investigations for Patriot Enterprises. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process casualty cases, ensuring timely and accurate notification to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct Next of Kin (NOK) notifications and assist with coordinating benefits, including death gratuity payments.
  • Lead Line of Duty (LOD) investigations, including establishing suspenses, appointing Investigating Officers, and ensuring timely processing of formal and informal investigations.
  • Prepare and submit casualty reports in compliance with Army regulations.
  • Provide assistance and support to Next of Kin (NOK) and commanders, ensuring accurate information on entitlements and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in military human resources or casualty operations.
  • Familiarity with Army regulations, such as AR and AR.
  • Experience managing sensitive information and providing customer service in high-stress situations.
Education and Certifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • NACI clearance required.
