  • Collaborating with the banking center manager to set retail sales targets and support individual sales achievements.
  • Engaging in work at the physical banking location.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 5 years of banking and supervisory experience, tailored to the complexity of the banking center; experience in customer service and operations is essential.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership capabilities; ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations; effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; capable of performing advanced mathematical calculations and following complex written instructions.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for work-related tasks and meetings as necessary.
  • Availability to work beyond 40 hours per week when required to fulfill essential job functions.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs in an office environment.
  • Capacity to move efficiently between multiple workstations.
