We are looking for a Physical Therapist with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others to join our team. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's operations, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategic plans for clinical growth and retention.
Responsibilities- Clinic Management: Oversee the front office and clinical operations to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitoring and Management of KPIs: Track and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Strategic Plan Implementation: Develop and implement plans to drive clinical growth, hiring, and retention.
- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat patients, developing individualized treatment plans and outlining clear goals and expected outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapists to ensure excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
- Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York.
- 3 Years Experience in outpatient orthopedics with prior management experience preferred.
- Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.
