- Assess and address the needs of individuals in crisis
- Develop and implement crisis plans to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals
- Collaborate with community resources and agencies to provide comprehensive support
- Provide education and training to individuals and groups on crisis intervention and stabilization techniques
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years of related experience in crisis intervention and stabilization
- Certified in CPR with AED and basic first aid
- Ability to interact with senior government personnel in a calm and professional manner
- Meet qualification standards to be a Technician per the Contractor's Training Program
- Hold and maintain a current/active Top Secret security clearance
