Client Support Center Representative

POSITION SUMMARY
This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service to various stakeholders within the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD), including sites, departments, staff, and families.
The Support Center Representative is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and resolving issues while initiating necessary work orders.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a customer support environment, addressing issues related to technology assistance, transportation services, building maintenance, or similar fields.
Experience in providing training and/or technical support to staff is required.Proficiency in using enterprise applications, including but not limited to email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database software.
OR
60 Semester Hour Credits in a relevant field
AND
Two (2) years of the aforementioned experience
OR
Technical certification in any of the following: Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, or Network+ or similar
AND
Two (2) years of the above experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with a demonstrated ability to comprehend written, graphic, and oral instructions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with ITIL foundations, service desk help/ticket management software, and/or Help Desk related certification is desirable.
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
